Adobong Pork Belly


When I got home from gym, I started to crave for Adobong baboy. We bought pork belly from the Asian market yesterday and I just decided to cook half of it (t’was 2lbs of meat :P). Since it’s late already, this is probably the easiest way to cook it. ^^ Here is my Pork Belly Adobo.

Oh! And here is last night's leftover. It's some kind of ginataan wings. It's really spicy!
